LEASE REQUERIMENT

Driver's license valid and in good condition

Identity card or passport in case of being a foreigner.

A credit card with sufficient available quota to take as collateral in the event of an accident, this amount is only retained in your account, it is not a charge and will be released when you return the vehicle in the same conditions as it was delivered. In case of having any damage or missing an accessory only the value proportional to it will be charged and the difference will be automatically paid to your account.

Be over 23 years old Both to be the owner of the lease and to be an additional driver.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS - CANCELLATION

The rental value of the vehicle must be paid in full at the time the client signs the contract and the vehicle is delivered.

Reservation cancellation up to 5 days befor (50% refund less taxes)

Early return of the vehicle (unused days of the rental) has no refund.
INSURANCE INCLUDED

DAT. (Daños A Terceros) DAMAGE TO THIRD PARTIES
Third-party damage and liability insurance covers up to 500 UF and is valid only in Chile.

CDW. (Collision Damage Waiver) DAMAGE BY COLOSION AND THEFT
Collision damage and theft insurance is partial insurance that covers personal damage and theft of the vehicle.

EXCLUSIONS (without prior collision with another moving vehicle)
The costs of rescue and crane transfers greater than 200 km.
Tires, windshield and underbody damage

IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, YOU MUST NOTIFY OUR OFFICES BEFORE 12 HRS.
WARRANTY

Will be deducted from the guarantee: the payment of fines, the replacement of pieces and parts damaged as a result of an accident or misuse of the leased vehicle, the days that the vehicle remains in the workshop (according to the contracted rate) and labor of the workshop contracted for the repair.

MISUSE OF THE VEHICLE: Driving on roads not suitable for the rented category, overloading the vehicle, stained or burned upholstery, illegal transportation of goods.

DAMAGES: Any type of slight, moderate or serious damage that the vehicle may suffer due to any circumstance inside or outside of it.

The guarantee will remain retained in case of LOSS, THEFT OR MISUSE OF THE VEHICLE
ONE WAY CONDITIONS

Leases with Drop Off or return in different place from the origin, have an additional charge depending on the distance between the two points.
FUEL

The lease of the vehicle does not include fuel, this must be returned with the same level that was delivered at the time of collection of the vehicle, otherwise, the customer will be obliged to pay the difference.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

You must call * 1515 for roadside assistance that is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and give notice to our offices within 24 hours.
DEPARTURE TO ARGENTINA

This permit must be requested at least 5 business days before taking your rental vehicle to be able to manage and request the corresponding permits and insurance, in addition you must send a legible copy of the identity card or passport and driver's license, all valid for a period longer than the end of the contract. Blue Rent a Car will not be responsible if the vehicle cannot cross the border if the requirements have not been met or for climatic reasons, external or outside our responsibility.

The international insurance (RCI) in Argentina covers:
a) Damages to third parties and civil liability.
b) All the people inside the vehicle.
c) Road assistence 24/7.

In case of theft, overturning or total loss in Argentina, the client will be responsible for any additional costs derived from this situation.
